Following quotation confirmation, we request a design fee of $150 , which is refundable upon order completion. Our talented design team then begins sketching a draft for your review. Passing this stage, a 2D image of your design will be shared for final approval.

Step-3: Exploring Gift Options

After the initial draft approval, our team crafts a 3D perspective model for further inspection. This model highlights intricate details such as structure, diamond settings, and metal use. At this juncture, you can suggest minor amendments. With design confirmation, a non-refundable 70% deposit initiates the manufacturing process.

Step-4: Expected Completion Date:

The production timeline varies based on design complexity, typically ranging between 20-30 working days under standard conditions. Upon jewelry completion, the final 30% payment is due, with the initial $150 design fee deducted at this point.

Step-5: Completion and Packaging:

Upon completion, customers are notified to collect their jewelry. Each piece is encased in a specially designed gift box, ensuring a memorable unboxing experience that is as exquisite as the jewelry itself.
